Neck pain and cervical issues

Is it actually possible for my neck to have just... snapped to the right? I’ve been laying around the house way too much lately. Then one day, I go to stretch, hear this sickening pop in my neck, and now I can't turn my head to the right at all. It looks totally crooked, too. Can anyone tell me what's going on here? Is it physically possible for one of my vertebrae to have actually slipped out of place?
