Anyway, I've got another issue... I went through the whole installation process and most of it worked fine, but then it starts demanding a USB cable, which definitely wasn't in the box I received 🤔 where am I supposed to find one now? It's even asking for a cable just to get the Wi-Fi set up during the initial configuration :S

Obviously, it still needs to function. Why pay for $387 a warranty if you don't actually plan on using it?
Whatever, I get it. I already topped off all three colors just so the thing doesn't "starve," 😉 and I have zero intention of filing a warranty claim—or rather, I'm hoping I won't have to.

I don't drive or even own a car😉 but I still used all the colors—I just didn't edit the post. Long story short, I don't think anyone was harmed by me asking if it was allowed... ☕
Quick question... I just picked up an HP DeskJet, $390, it came with yellow, cyan, magenta, and black ink. Now, do I have to fill all the tanks right away, or can I just pop in the black since I only plan on printing in grayscale for now? I figured I could just dump those "color" ones in later when I actually need them 🙂 But the manual says don't let the ink drop below the line, and if I wait... well, then it's definitely below the line 😁 John Doe 🙂
I'll see once I actually check the status of the listing 😁 But I'll definitely let you know what was decided and what the final price ended up being 🙂
Yeah, obviously experience matters more. I just listed those specs because there isn't much of a difference anyway. Maybe it’s just a newer model thing. 🤔 But even I don't know; clearly, I'm just asking questions here too. 😁 I'm not sure what the usual price for an HP Envy series is, but if you can snag an HP Envy series for that kind of money, it's probably the better bet. Though, I actually found this HP Envy series for about $180. Honestly, I can't make heads or tails of all their model numbers anymore. 😁 All I want is a printer that actually works and won't rob me blind on ink. 😍
No clue, probably just a newer version 🤔 I'll just search on Google HP Envy series (or maybe the 220, or 365, whatever) technical specs and it’ll pull up the printer on this page along with a PDF of the full specs at the bottom. Comparing the 210 and 220, I didn't see anything majorly different, unless I'm totally off base 🕺 😁
I don't know much about those ads, but I spotted an HP Envy series at the Best Buy in the Point mall $367 (maybe a little more than that, I wasn't sure since I was actually hunting for the L220 model) 🙂
Yeah, right. I dug up a thousand different combinations of letters and numbers, which is exactly why I’m asking instead of guessing. Just what I thought—it looks nearly identical, just with a few specs tweaked.
Got it. Understood. I'll just print out some pictures here and there then. Thanks for the help 🙂

I don't care what the specs say. A high DPI doesn't mean anything if the hardware is junk. Waste of money.
Either Links or Best Buy, if you ask me...
Thanks. 🙂
Just one more thing. I found an HP Envy series model for about... $27 What's the difference?Link.I see the HP Envy series has better scan resolution, faster print speeds, and built-in Wi-Fi. I haven't caught any other differences yet—if there are any, someone please point them out. 🙂 So, basically, I'm wondering if it's actually worth shelling out that extra $12 or so. And are the ink cartridges for this specific model also around that same price? $17Just so you don't end up getting screwed by extra costs. 🙂
I just hope these Epson printers don't fail on me constantly. I've been seeing way too much talk about clogged nozzles lately. 🕺
I need to do a little more digging first. Want to be able to sleep easy tonight—hopefully I'll have answers by tomorrow.🎉Heading out to grab that printer. 😁 Thanks for the reply. 🙂
Maybe my uncle was talking about those specific colors 🙂
Look, I mostly just print black and white, but occasionally I want to print a photo or something from the web... or stuff for my brother or sister for school... so having color wouldn't hurt.
So, is this one actually the "best value" over the long haul?
One more thing—do Epsons break down often? I read somewhere in a thread that certain models fail or just aren't built to last, but I can't remember which ones and I can't find the post now 😁
Oh, and is there anywhere I might find this model a bit cheaper? I can't track it down on that site where people compare printers. 🙂
So, some guy over at Eurotrade gave me this info on the ink 😁 It’s possible they’re just using some off-brand stuff there... I’m no expert on this, so I figured I'd check here first before making a move. :/ Is 30ml or 50ml even an option? 😁 I'll probably give Eurotrade a call tomorrow to see what's actually available. 🙂 Honestly, that high page yield is what caught my eye. But wait—if I'm not printing a ton, just the occasional test page or whatever, am I going to run into issues with the colors?
Help me out here 😢 I need a printer, and I need it fast. Honestly, I’m second-guessing the quality of the one I mentioned earlier... :/ Any better recommendations for something similar under $333? :/
Hi, looking for some opinions on this printer. Epson L220 I've been eyeing it, so I need advice and recommendations. 🙂
It’s a bit pricey upfront, but I heard the ink costs about $17, which would be roughly $67 for a full set (black, cyan, magenta, yellow), and supposedly yields 4000/6000 pages (black/color) based on what I was told. Some people claim it's better to get a model with dual cartridges—one black and one color—while others swear by this specific setup. I honestly have no clue, so here I am. 🙂
Look, I'm a college student. I need to print study guides, assignments, papers, and the occasional photo. I'll definitely need this for work down the road too. I'm hunting for an all-in-one—printer, scanner, copier. From what I can tell, it lacks the duplex feature I wanted, but I guess I could just manually flip the pages. Back in high school, I had an HP All in One Deskjet F2180 that did the job for a while, but the ink was around 100-$40 for black and then the same for color separately. Didn't feel like it printed many pages for that much money. Plus, apparently, the print head died on it, and they say it's not even worth trying to fix. 😢
Spending $467 at Eurotrade feels steep right now, but I figure it pays off in the long run because of the ink savings. If anyone has suggestions for a cheaper but equally reliable alternative, let me know. 🙂

Thanks. Cool idea. I might give it a shot. 🙂

Maybe ask them directly.. 🙂
I looked, but missed it. Thanks. 🙂
The thing is, there's zero info on how they actually operate. 🙄
Look, here's the deal. I get bored sometimes, and when I do, I feel the urge to be creative.
So, I'm asking: does anyone have any DIY ideas?
Anything small... a little box, a notebook... whatever.
I've scrolled through YouTube, but I've already tackled some of those projects.
I mean paper, cardboard, plastic... nothing expensive. Just cheap stuff.
Give me some suggestions. Drop a link to a video or just write out instructions, and I'll give it a shot. 🙂
P. S. I'm not trying to steal anyone's business or start a side hustle, so don't hold back on the ideas just because of that. :/
I just want to kill the boredom. 🙂
Thanks in advance. 🙂
