I’m not entirely sure if that’s the right terminology, but essentially, I need a template that I can use for my emails where most of the layout remains static while I just swap out the core message. Ideally, I’d have an image at the top and some fixed text at the bottom, leaving just the middle section free for me to type whatever I need for each specific recipient. One thing is crucial: I don't want to send this as an attachment that people have to download; I want everything to be visible immediately the moment they open the email. Hey everyone. I’ve put together an online template for an electronic business card, and I was wondering how I might go about sending it so it displays immediately upon arrival in someone's inbox, rather than just sitting there as a standard attachment. My goal is to lock down all the text so that whoever opens the email sees nothing but the template itself... I’d really appreciate some help with this.
