Is it just me, or is Microsoft Access 2010 totally tripping when it comes to alphabetical sorting, or am I just losing my mind here? Everything starting with "Ch" keeps getting lumped in with the regular "C" entries—like, "cheese" shows up way before "cherry" in the list. Is this actually normal behavior or am I doing something wrong?

PowerPoint 2010.
So, I’ll type out some text, hit Replace, tell it to Replace with a specific character—like an accented letter—and suddenly the whole thing shifts into some weird, wrong font. It’s driving me nuts. Same exact headache happens when I try importing a file from Word using the Outline feature. The older 2003 version handles it just fine without any drama. I've tried Googling it, but honestly, zero results. Nothing. Zilch.
What is actually wrong with this thing? 🙂
