There really isn't any other way. I suppose I'll just have to follow a tutorial...

Thanks
Jack Hayes said:Set up your columns like this: (A) DATE, (B) CURRENCY, (C) TRANSACTION, (D) PURPOSE, (E) DEBIT, (F) CREDIT, and (G) BALANCE. In the second row (2), you'll just type in your starting balance, and then from there, I guess you can just drag the formula down to calculate the running balance =SUM(G2;-E3;F3) based on whatever amounts you plug into columns E and/or F. You might want to tweak it to fit what you need, though.

I'm reading this, but I honestly don't get any of it...

Maybe you could just build it for me and upload the file?

I wouldn't really want to bother you since I don't really understand how this works... 😕
Hello,

I was wondering if someone might be willing to put together a simple Excel spreadsheet for me. I'm looking for a few basic columns: one for the date, one for the event name, one for income, and one for expenses, with everything totaling up at the end. Just enough rows to cover a 31-day month, I suppose.

It seems like such a small task, just those four columns, but I guess I'm a bit out of my depth when it comes to Excel formulas...🙂

Thanks in advance.
