I’m running into a bit of a headache with my Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise installation on both my Windows 7 Pro and Windows 8 Pro machines. Every time I attempt to open an Excel file in Excel, instead of seeing my actual data, the program just spits out this absolute mess of bizarre, nonsensical characters. It’s happening consistently across both operating systems, which is driving me up the wall. I can't quite figure out if the issue lies within the Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise software itself or if there's some specific setting buried in the options that's causing this chaos.
