It’s actually a bit more convoluted than that, since I had to identify every single one of those summary digits ranging from 0 to 9 within blocks of 1 to 6 digits...
Anyway, thanks regardless, I managed to find a workaround through other means, though it still quite irritates me that a direct solution for this wasn't readily available 😁
So, I’ve found myself in quite the predicament with a database where I have both synthetic and analytical accounts, and unfortunately, the system has gone ahead and aggregated all the analytical totals into the synthetic ones... which is exactly what I was trying to avoid, as I really need those synthetic accounts to stop summing up the analytical data... I am looking for a way to just wipe them out—you know, replace them all with zeros—so the synthetic totals stay clean. The catch is, I don't have any specific identifiers or tags left to filter by, since the entire database is basically a blank slate at this point...

Or, to put this in terms for someone who isn't an accountant—how would one go about issuing a command where if the database contains the number 1, but also 10 and 100, it deletes the sums for 1 and 10 while leaving the 100 untouched?...

hmhm... my thanks to you... 🙂
