Then you just grab a $33 Lexmark printer black printhead and boom—you've got an 800 B&W page capacity
Check page 5 to see if the print quality actually meets your standards.
With $17, there's zero chance it's working right or printing on both sides.
Wait, what does "Lexmark printer black printhead" even mean?
Here's the link for the HP:

printer HP Envy: why are you guys pushing continuous ink? I'm not made of money, and dropping extra cash on top of a $50 printer feels like a total rip-off.$100

Hey everyone!
Quick question—hope you guys can point me in the right direction. I'm totally clueless when it comes to printers, so any advice helps. I'm looking to snag something on Craigslist for around $17. It’s just for basic stuff: faxing, some high school homework for my sister, basically just occasional use. I've been eyeing these models:
HP Envy Photo,
Lexmark,
HP,
HP DeskJet,
HP Envy printer
Any tips on which one is actually reliable without breaking the bank on ink? What should I be looking out for before I pull the trigger?
