Anyone still running Windows 7?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here might have the patience and the expertise to lend me a hand...
So, I have this laptop running an original version of Windows 7 pre-installed on the machine... there are two different user accounts set up on it, both of which are just limited standard users,
which means I can't install any new software, and to make matters worse, I've completely lost track of the admin password...
Does anyone know a way to resolve this without having to wipe everything and reinstall all my programs from scratch?
