Anyone still running Windows 7?

Anyone figured out how to actually get into the BIOS on Windows 7? Every time I boot up and mash the Del key, I just get stuck looking at this window http://prntscr.com/164dwu. I was reading through some guide that told me to hunt down the "advanced bios features" section, but I’ve looked everywhere and there’s absolutely nothing by that name in my menu. Can someone please walk me through this? I just need to find the "First boot device" setting so I can get this CD system running. 🙂
