I went... and they're telling me there aren't any visible changes in my joints, and that I should just keep rubbing on some ibuprofen... honestly, these doctors are complete idiots!

Kate Turner68 said:I’ve definitely done my homework on Rosehip—it’s all very clear to me—but I can't help but wonder... is this actually what I need? I'm still quite young to be dealing with these kinds of issues (I mean, am I really? I'm only 28...) I'm hoping it helps, but I also hope this isn't something... more significant than it seems, if you know what I mean... Perhaps I'm just panicking more than is necessary... A friend told me that everyone goes through this, so I wonder if anyone else is actually struggling with it besides me. 🤷

Update: I went ahead and took the Rosehip (the whole bottle, actually), and honestly, I don't feel even a little bit better. It's not just my knees anymore—now it's every single joint whenever I bend or put any kind of pressure on them. I'm starting to get seriously worried...

Jamie Clark74 said:Just a little bit about Rosehip powder—it's primarily rosehip powder, so it can't really be anything else, naturally.
The rosehips are dried using a patented process, and once that's finished, the final product contains GOPO, Monoglycosides, and Diglycerol.
Rosehip doesn't cause side effects or interact with other medications you might be taking.
According to one clinical study, GOPO helped reduce pain for 82% of users within just three weeks.

Good luck 🙂

Well, I've read up on everything regarding Rosehip, and I understand how it works, but I'm still sitting here wondering... is this actually what I need? I'm quite young to be dealing with these kinds of issues (I mean, am I really? I'm only 28...) I'm hoping it'll help, but I also hope it isn't something... more serious than it seems, if you know what I mean... Maybe I'm just panicking more than I should be... A friend told me that this happens to everyone, so I guess I'm not the only one struggling with this...🤷

Jamie Clark74 said:Jane Doe is just one among hundreds of various supplements or Nature-based products out there. As far as I am aware, in the USA, it goes for about $40 USD. On this link here Joint Health Magazine you can find all the details regarding these types of products—along with information on various joint diagnoses—though unfortunately, it is all in English.

The typical regimen for Jane Doe involves taking two capsules three times a day for the first five to three weeks, and then transitioning to a maintenance dose of two capsules twice a day thereafter.

As a 42-year-old who has dealt with chronic issues involving my spine, all my joints, and several surgeries... I haven't personally found relief yet, despite testing many different Nature-based remedies.

I do believe that certain products might help some individuals depending on their specific issues.

Nowadays, even Western doctors across the globe recommend quite a few things—like fish oil combined with other supplements, or glucosamine and chondroitin used individually.
It seems like "shady dealings or profiteering" is spreading even here in America—it’s truly unfortunate when physicians are involved in selling products—especially with something like Jane Doe which is manufactured in the USA... though perhaps you purchased yours at a Nature store?
Everything you need should be available through that link.

An addition.
Following the advice given by melloworca6, staying active and doing exercises whenever possible is always a good idea... even today, seniors in nursing homes aged 70 to 100 continue to exercise according to their own physical limits.

Buddy regards and all the best.

Thanks for the reply. Oh, I didn't buy it from any special boutique or anything—just the nearest pharmacy...
Yes, that intersection of economics, marketing, doctors, and pharmacists is sad—sick, actually—but I won't know if it helps me until I actually try it...
If I had my way, I would much rather opt for something natural—you know, getting the nutrients my joints need directly through food—but I'm not even sure if that's truly possible... 🤷

Thanks so much, I think I’m actually going to give Pilates a shot...

Hmm, do you really think Pilates will make a difference? Has it actually been helping you lately?

As I mentioned in my first post, she didn't run any tests or refer me to any specialists for imaging. Her reasoning was that since I don't have any swelling or redness, it can't be rheumatoid arthritis... She also claimed I'm overweight—which is just a bizarre observation given that I weigh about 132 lbs at 5'6", so I'm actually in pretty good shape—and when I told her I hit the gym three times a week, she suggested I take a break from fitness for a while... (I mean, really? A doctor who's actually against working out...?) Anyway, she talked about this Rosehip supplement, which is apparently some kind of patented formula designed to help joint elasticity, and said I should take it for three months... I've chatted with a few people about this, and they all say they've had similar experiences and that it's perfectly normal... but personally, it still bothers me. I'm not entirely sure how long I've been feeling this way—maybe a couple of months, maybe half a year, I honestly can't say for certain... My blood work and urinalysis were done about two months ago, and everything came back fine; there wasn't a single metric outside of the normal range. Now I'm stuck in this limbo, wondering whether I should go see a specialist privately or just take the pills and wait to see what happens...

melloworca6 said:Is it just a single joint getting stiff, or are you feeling it in several places? For instance, do you notice symmetry in the stiffness—like both knees or both elbows acting up at once? Also, does this typically happen first thing in the morning when you get out of bed, or perhaps after periods of inactivity...?

It tends to be symmetrical whenever I stay in one position for too long... It doesn't really bother me right when I wake up in the morning, but if I've been sitting still for a while, yes—it happens. Usually, it’s after something like a long movie at the AMC where I have to sit for an hour and a half, or during a long car ride... then there's also when I lean my head on my hand while reading a book—after maybe five or ten minutes, that specific joint feels stiff, even though only one side was actually under pressure.

Hello,

Is anyone else dealing with this weird joint stiffness? For instance, I’ll be sitting in a movie theater for an hour and a half, and when it’s finally time to get up, my knees just... lock up. It’s awful. I need a good few minutes just to move around properly again... I went to see my doctor, and she prescribed Litozin—which, by the way, is pretty pricey and seems to be some sort of specialty brand, so there isn't much detailed info out there about it... I can't help but wonder if it will actually do anything at all. And honestly, how can she be so sure nothing is seriously wrong when she hasn't even sent me for blood work, X-rays, or any kind of imaging for my joints? It feels like we haven't even scratched the surface...🙂
