It’s not really like arthritis where things swell up; it’s more like my finger joints just lock up and lose all their flexibility. I actually went in for an X-ray and everything came back totally fine—no signs of rheumatoid anything—so I’m honestly stumped. Why on earth am I dealing with this same pain and stiffness every single morning? :S Thanks for any input!
Hey everyone! I could really use some input here. My fingers have been locking up on both hands lately. Every morning when I wake up, I have to spend time slowly stretching them out just to get them moving—it hurts like hell and they just won't bend. If I sit still for too long, the stiffness comes right back. I’ve spent years cracking my knuckles and I'm constantly on my computer, if that's a factor. To make matters worse, my doctors are basically stumped. My RA tests came back negative, and I'm only 22. This has been happening every single day for the last six months. Any advice or similar experiences would be huge... Thanks guys.
