Look, I’m not planning on filing any official grievances, but there’s a fundamental issue here. When a person is told—explicitly, mind you—exactly what the total shipping fee is, and exactly when that package is supposed to land on their doorstep, and then reality decides to take a completely different path, well, I hold the person who gave me that information responsible. It’s quite simple, really. If you tell me one thing is the absolute truth, and it turns out to be a moving target, you can't act surprised when I'm frustrated by the misinformation.
