Anyone still running Windows 7?

Hi there. I’m running Windows 7 on my laptop—it's fully licensed and all—but frankly, the performance is underwhelming. It’s got a Celeron B815, 6GB of RAM, and Intel HD graphics. Given those specs, I feel like it shouldn't be struggling to play YouTube videos in full HD.
My question is: if I decide to perform a clean reinstall of Windows, will I still be able to register the OS normally? Also, could someone point me toward a site where I can download an official, clean version of Windows 7 without any bloatware or extra nonsense?
