Anyone still running Windows 7?

Hey there...
I could really use some help getting Windows 7 back up and running. My system totally crapped out on me, and now the disc drive won't even read the install disc—even though I already messed with the BIOS settings to make sure it boots from the CD first. Every time I power the machine on, it just jumps straight into Windows Repair, tells me it can't find any errors, and then shuts itself down.
Any ideas on what to do?
