Once I close FF, everything returns to normal.

I’ve started noticing a pattern—whenever I have FF open with maybe 4 tabs, and I’m watching something on YouTube that’s an hour and a half long, or just bingeing several clips in a row, my memory usage spikes to 90%. Is this a browser issue, or is Windows 7 Ultimate just failing me?

Kodi went up without a hitch.
Then I tried installing some Addons using a link I spotted on YouTube

Basically, it’s signaling a power deficiency—but here's the kicker: I'm seeing the exact same error whether it's running on battery, plugged into the adapter, or just running off the adapter with the battery removed

My laptop just died mid-task a little while back. When I try to boot it up, the fan kicks into high gear for a second—almost sounds like it's struggling—before settling back down to its usual quiet hum. The Caps Lock light flickers occasionally, and the wireless indicator stays lit, but the screen is just... dead. Total blackness. I’ve already tried pulling the hard drive, the RAM, and even the wireless card, but nothing changes. No life. Any idea what's fried inside this thing? CPU: Intel Core 2 duo E8400 box
GPU: ATI X1650pro
TV Tuner Card
RAM: 2GB
HDD: 2xSATA
CD ROM
DVD ROM
PSU: 400W unit

My question is simple—what was the absolute last card AMD released for the AGP slot that would actually be an improvement over what I’m running right now? Price isn't a factor here—I just want something available at a local retailer like Best Buy, ideally from Sapphire if possible. Thanks in advance for the help.
