My grandfather used to say the exact same thing—I’d hand them all a Hoe just to keep them too busy for nonsense.

But honestly, I get where he's coming from. There was a point in my life where I felt the same way after consuming far too many books on every possible subject.

One doesn't need to read quite this much. If he scales it back a bit, he'll feel much better.
