Anyone still running Windows 7?

I’m running into a bit of a headache trying to get into my BIOS to reinstall Windows 7. It’s acting incredibly strange; instead of giving me the usual control, it just keeps dumping system info and driver details on my screen. At the very top, it says Dell System 755, but I can't actually access the BIOS menu like I'm supposed to. I have no idea what’s going on here, especially since this never used to happen. To make matters worse, whenever I try hitting F12, it just keeps nagging me to press F1, F2, or F5 instead.
