Thanks, but yeah, I’m pretty sure I just have a differently colored iris, especially since I don't have any other issues (aside from some seborrheic dermatitis, but I doubt that's linked to what you're talking about.) 🤔

The reason I asked about an exam was because you mentioned the possibility of iris nevi, so I'll just bring it up with my doctor at my next routine checkup. You're honestly the first person to mention so much stuff regarding the "iris" part 🙂

Best, 🙂
I’ve known I was born with this, and it’s definitely spreading—it’s already taken up almost a quarter of my iris.
Back when I saw an eye doctor during puberty (I have a mild prescription), I asked about the spreading, but he just brushed it off, saying it had nothing to do with my vision and didn't look suspicious.
I haven't really obsessed over it until now, but what you guys wrote is basically news to me.😁
Should I go ahead and ask my doctor for a referral to see a specialist, just to be safe?

Do they get lighter or darker?

Maybe this helps—I actually have two-toned eyes myself, but more like a blue-gray vibe with this brown spot in one eye (that’s been spreading as I get older). My biology teacher once told me the brown patch grows because brown is the dominant gene, so there's a chance that in about 20 years, I'll end up with one blue-gray iris and one totally brown one. If anyone here is actually an expert on this, weigh in. 😁
Anyway, my eyes look more grayish when it's overcast, then turn crazy blue when I'm out at the beach in the sun, so 🤷 clearly there's some connection to the ambient light. 🤷

And as for the diet stuff... 🤦

So you're looking for one of those scrapbooks with plain white pages where you just glue the photos in yourself?
If that's the case... hit up Amazon, big retailers like Target, or even some of those boutique gift shops.
Honestly, just ask your aunts about what they used at weddings. A ton of them use those types of books for guest messages or photo keepsakes. For example, check out link
