Saša Pavlović, a guy who has stepped up for seven games over the last four years,
after he managed to hold Carmelo to just 37 points this past Sunday,
following a night where he put up zero points, one rebound, one assist, and grabbed four fouls,
he’s tasked with guarding LeBron James tonight. Man, Saša, they clearly don't give you the respect you deserve,
but folks like us? We appreciate guys like you more than you know. 😉

I get what you're saying, but Dallas is really feeling the loss of Tyson Chandler; having that grit under the rim is hard to replace,
and honestly, looking at how things shook out yesterday—it felt like the Heat were just battling through the air, especially after losing guys like Caron Butler and JJ Barea,
which leaves me feeling a bit unsettled. Seeing them take an ejection like that just didn't sit right with me, especially considering their record was looking solid at 32-17, 62-39, and 97-63...
Now, Denver sitting at number three could definitely make up for it, especially since they brought in Rudy Fernandez and have some serious talent coming up through the draft.
Getting a pick like K. Faried is huge, and seeing Gallinari and Lawson already finding their rhythm in international play gives them a nice edge.
If I were placing bets, I’d personally steer clear of this one.
When you look at Memphis, they seem to have the upper hand simply based on their track record...
Last year, they went out in that absolute gauntlet of a playoff series against Oklahoma City, a grueling 4-3 battle where three games went
into overtime; if Denver and Memphis hadn't completely exhausted Oklahoma City, who knows if Dallas would have even made it through.
As for the Spurs, they’ve mostly just gotten more seasoned, even after moving on from veterans like Grant Hill and Antonio McDyess.
The real strength behind Memphis and Denver lies in their cohesive team chemistry and having top-tier coaching on the sidelines;
they aren't necessarily stacking the deck with massive superstars like Melo or Kobe.
Look, we don't have to see eye to eye on everything—I'm just laying out my own perspective here.
It’s perfectly clear that a lot of bettors prefer staying away from odds higher than 1.8, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that; everyone has their own way of playing.

Ever since they traded away Carmelo, Denver has been completely falling apart,
they actually had a bit of luck in the playoffs when they ran into an Oklahoma City squad that was playing hot,
and even then, they barely scraped by, losing a close one 4-3.
To top it off, that trade also gave them enough juice to take three out of four from Dallas.
But the defending champs are stumbling again; they were practically invisible yesterday until the garbage time rolled around, and I don't see them showing up tonight either.
The Spurs don't stand a chance against a Memphis team that’s looking elite right now,
the same guys who knocked them out of the playoffs last year, especially now that Rudy Gay is back and putting up numbers like 20 points and 10 rebounds per game.
Taking the 1.45 odds? No way, Memphis is taking this one easy.
Indiana is my best bet for a cover.
