Probably the second thing. Got the card a few months back and online payments clearly aren't enabled. I'll just hit up a local branch and ask. Can I talk to a personal banker or do I just deal with the teller at the window?

Anyone else run into issues topping up an online account using a credit card? I'm trying to use my Intel card from Chase on bet365 and Pinnacle, but it keeps getting rejected. Any idea what might be causing this?
