I personally feel like we should all try to eat more nutritiously, stay active, keep a positive mindset, and if possible, surround ourselves with good people 🙂.........basically just practice moderation in everything, so I won't go on too much about it..........on that note, does anyone have recommendations for high-quality magnesium (either powder or tablets)? Also, regarding Omega-3 capsules—are the ones from CVS any good? I'd rather not waste my money just on big brand names if they aren't worth it.............thanks!
Exactly, it's great that we can all share advice like this.
I use the Natural Wealth brand for my Omega-3s... as for magnesium, I'm not really sure since I don't take it myself.
I find myself surrounded by so many wonderful people who are dealing with various illnesses or disabilities, and honestly, it just makes me feel incredibly grateful to God for my own health and for being mindful of how precious it really is.
I was thinking it might be a good idea to start a thread dedicated to disease prevention—focusing on things like nutrition, staying active, managing stress, getting regular blood work done, and all that good stuff...
So, please, feel free to share! What are you all doing to stay healthy and keep yourselves in shape? 😁
As for me, I try to go for a recreational run twice a week (though more often than not, life gets in the way and I can't make it), and when I feel like my diet is slipping, I take some multivitamins and Omega-3 supplements. I also try to cut back on coffee and swap it out for tea whenever I can. 🙂
