So, when I enter my ticket, it shows my winnings, but my account balance is sitting at zero. Does anyone have a customer service number for the sportsbook so I can actually get some answers?

It’s simple: if you hit a big winner, you just stroll over to the clerk at the shop, give them your account number or your username, and tell them to drop the cash straight into your online balance. You get to walk home empty-handed, sure, but you leave feeling pretty good knowing you can just sit on your couch later and keep the action going.

Honestly, I don't see the issue with that approach, it's just that I don't live in America...

Hey there,

So, I placed a bet on a slip at a local PSK yesterday, though I do have an active online account with them.

Now I’m wondering—is there any way to actually credit a winning ticket directly to my account balance, or am I strictly stuck with using a credit card for deposits?
