Whey hits the muscles first.

I’ve got one of those shaker bottles with the little mesh screen inside, and man, it foams up like crazy every single time regardless of what brand I’m using—pretty sure it's definitely because of that mesh part—so now I'm just wondering if you guys are getting a ton of foam normally or what's the deal with yours

Honestly, this one is my absolute go-to, even after cycling through five or six different brands lately...

So what's the deal with the scoops though? Is one scoop per meal actually enough?🤷

I mean, maybe, but I doubt it's gonna cut it for someone weighing like 300 pounds.

Groin pain in Health ·
Bradley Kelly7 said:Hey everyone—so, just a few minutes ago I was out for a quick bit and ended up sprinting pretty hard, and right in that moment, I felt this sudden... Man, I am hurting. So, I'm talking about the groin area—you know, right where the leg meets the torso. Now, I’ve been sitting here wondering... is it actually possible for that kind of pain to be coming from that? I guess you could say things are moving way too fast right now. Or maybe it's just something else entirely, but honestly, my side is killing me a little bit right now when... I’m out here sprinting around like a maniac and then I just bolt straight up out of nowhere.!?

I went through something pretty similar when I tried to go full sprint right out of the gym after finishing my pushups, but man, my lower back just absolutely wrecked me. I ended up slathering on some Advil gel about four times, spacing it out every three hours or so, then just crashed and slept the whole thing off, which luckily was enough to finally kill the pain.
