Leg cramps in my calves in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Thanks everyone, I took all your advice to heart—I've been sticking to bananas and magnesium religiously. Feeling a bit better today, though honestly, it might just be because I’m actually letting myself rest for once.

Look, none of these multivitamins or supplements are going to fix your issue. Period. You need to either improve the quality of your sleep or just get more hours of it—same goes for your diet. Throw in a solid 10 minutes of real stretching after your workouts, and if you're just now getting back into a routine after being a couch potato for a while, then quit trying to go zero to sixty with your training intensity...👍
What kind of exercises actually target calf stretches effectively? It's not like I'm skipping my stretching—I do it—but I just don't feel it hitting my calves at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong somewhere.🤷

I’m hitting aerobic workouts twice a week plus hitting the gym 2-3 times a week, and lately, my calves have been seizing up on me. It’s happening even during basic exercises—it's honestly getting annoying. Diet-wise, I’m not touching any supplements or "gear"—just sticking to protein and some glucose (30g/60g). I was reading somewhere that spikes in blood sugar or maybe a magnesium deficiency could be triggering these cramps. Anyone got any actual advice on this?
