I honestly still can't wrap my head around this whole thing—like, can you actually catch a full-blown flu just from getting a chill, even if there aren't any actual bacteria or viruses floating around in the air?

They ran everything—X-rays, blood work, urine tests, ultrasounds, you name it—and they all confirmed it: a nasty, nasty bladder infection 😲 They pumped me full of injections, antibiotics, and Voltaren, and after two weeks of hell, I finally went back to work wearing two pairs of underwear just to feel safe 😬
Seriously though, watch out, because this stuff is absolutely brutal 😢
Jesus Christ 😲😢
girl, you went through the absolute ringer
Thanks for all the input, guys. Honestly, I’m totally out of my element here because this is the first time my ovaries have ever acted up like this. It’s actually freaking me out since having kids is definitely on my bucket list later in life.
At work, I’m basically bundled up in layers—two shirts, long pants, socks, closed-toe shoes—and then I go and wrap a thick heating pad around my stomach just to cope 😁 while being a total heat-sensitive wreck otherwise. My usual move was just cranking the AC and living my best life, but apparently, that luxury is officially off the table now.
So, I was wondering if anyone knows if you can actually get ovarian inflammation just from being blasted by the AC at work? 😁
Basically, management at my office has taken their job of "cooling us down" way too seriously during this heatwave. It’s absolute madness—air is blowing from everywhere, especially right under my desk. Ever since the temperatures spiked and they cranked up the ventilation to full blast, I’ve been dealing with this constant pain in my ovary. Is it even possible to trigger an inflammation like that from the cold, or is ovarian stuff strictly caused by things like bacteria and infections?
Thanks in advance 😳
