hey guys, I need some help...
so, I started the withdrawal process on expekt.com to get my money sent to my bank account without having uploaded any ID yet, and they just hit me back with an email asking me to finish the identity verification process. basically, they want this:
1. A valid photo ID issued by the government, like:
- Passport - Driver's license - State ID
2. Proof of payment method
- A photo of the credit or debit card linked to the expekt account (just the front side).
[They might ask for more stuff if you didn't use a card as your payment method]
3. Proof of residence – any of these:
- A utility bill
- A bank statement
[The proof of address can't be older than 3 months and needs to show your name and address.]
Has anyone actually gone through this and sent everything in? I'm a bit stuck on point number three. What exactly counts as a utility bill?
Just as a heads up, I haven't actually deposited anything myself; I just cleared the requirements for a bonus and now I'm trying to cash out.
