Best offshore sportsbooks for online betting?

I’ve been scanning through several online sportsbooks—Pinnacle, Bet365, Betsson, Interwetten, and Expect—and none of them offer the kind of diverse game handicap spreads you see at DraftKings or HL. For instance, in a single tennis match, those guys will give you options like -3.5, -4.5, or -5.5 with varying odds. These sites just give you a single line, like -4, with standard 1.85/1.85 juice. It's limiting.
Does anyone know of an online bookie with a much deeper selection of game handicaps?
Paddy Power, but they set them up so poorly it’s better not to even bother looking.
