Well, what happens when that entire circle of people is too conservative and skeptical? They refuse to "put their personal data on the internet." Now I am searching for someone willing to do this for me—someone I could actually pay for the service, since I don't have anyone willing to help for free. Is anyone interested in opening an account for me? Ideally, someone located in Washington, D.C., to make coordination easier.
PS.
@Chris Nguyen31 If I do find someone willing to open a William Hill account in their name, would it be necessary to open a new PayPal or Venmo? Or could I simply transfer money from my existing PayPal account to the William Hill account? I ask because I am unsure if William Hill can see that my PayPal is already linked to my suspended account.
