I’m looking for some insight regarding PayPal and Venmo. I’ve been using PayPal for years without any real hiccups, but things took a weird turn about a month ago when my outbound transactions started getting flagged or stalled—specifically when I tried withdrawing funds to my foreign currency account. The payout ended up being delayed by about ten days. Because of that headache, I went ahead and ordered a PayPal Mastercard, which was supposed to arrive two weeks ago. I sent them an email about ten days back, but I haven't heard a peep. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else is running into these same issues with PayPal lately. Does this kind of delay and total lack of customer support suggest that something might be going wrong internally at the company? Also, what’s the consensus on Venmo? How is their customer service and transaction reliability? I'm debating whether it might be worth just moving everything over to them instead.
