Is anyone else having issues with DraftKings lately?
I’ve been running into some weird glitches where my payouts won't process—instead of actually settling, it just redirects me back to my main account balance—and now, to make matters worse, the site won't even load at all.

So, would I actually be able to run transactions using a Visa Electron card without needing that specific card reader? It’s a different card than the one I have, so I haven't had the chance to test it out yet.

And once I register the card reader, do I get it right away, or am I looking at a waiting period? Also—just so I can plan ahead—what’s my total monthly overhead going to look like after that?
thanks

Why am I being redirected to this page whenever I try to deposit funds via PayPal? I just tried doing it through DraftKings, and the exact same thing popped up—which is bizarre, considering I’ve used this very same card there before without a single issue.

I have an account over there as well, though I’ve mostly been using this one for deposits. I actually got in touch with their support team—they told me if I just sent over a scan of my driver's license, my credit card, and some proof of address, they’d clear me for withdrawals. Once I submitted everything, they promised to have it all sorted within 72 hours—just enough time for me to blow through the little bit I managed to win elsewhere.

They’re trying to hit me with a $5 fee just for a bank transfer—is there any way I can move my payout to a different card without getting slapped with a commission?

Hey, does anyone know what I'm supposed to do here? Is it even possible to get my money out onto this specific card? I used it to deposit without a single issue—it's a Visa Paywave card.

Thank you for choosing DraftKings.

We noticed you recently requested a withdrawal from your DraftKings account to a credit or debit card. Our bank has informed us that this transaction could not be completed. As a result, the funds have been credited back to your DraftKings account.

Could you double-check with your bank to ensure they actually permit gambling-related withdrawals to this particular card?

Just a heads-up: if you are attempting to use a MASTERCARD or maestro card then WE are unable to process withdrawals to these cards, and you'll need to opt for a bank transfer instead.

If you run into any issues or have further questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team at care@marathonbet.com and we'll be more than happy to help you out.
