Hey everyone, I’ve got about $20 sitting in my PayPal account, but I’m stuck. I can't withdraw it because I don't have a verified Visa Electron, and I can't verify one since I only have exactly $0.00 left on the card—not even enough to cover the basic verification fee. I'm looking for someone who can take that $20 via PayPal, withdraw it to their own bank, and then send it over to me via Zelle or a standard bank transfer.
