Changes on my cervix!!!!

Hi everyone, I wanted to reach out and share something I've been dealing with lately to see if anyone has gone through something similar.. Last year, my gynecologist found some genital warts, so I had them removed and sent the tissue off for a pathology report. The results showed CIN 1 progressing toward CIN 2. Now, I'm getting mixed signals from my doctors: two of them suggested I just stick to some herbal teas for about three months and then come back for a follow-up Pap smear, but a third doctor is recommending a LEEP procedure. The silver lining is that my HPV tests came back negative—I don't have any low-risk or high-risk types present at all. Honestly, my head is spinning right now and I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed trying to decide which path to take. HAS ANYONE ELSE DEALT WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS? Sending you all my best..
