A few months back, I decided to pull the trigger on an XP-Pen DECO 03 graphics tablet—the A4 size (10"x5.62")—and I have to say, I am absolutely head over heels for this thing! It is worth every single cent. Even though it’s hovering around the $100 mark, it’s a fantastic investment; if you're using it for work, honestly, just put it on a payment plan and get it done. Now, don't get me wrong, my ultimate dream is to upgrade to an XP-Pen artist 16 Pro, which runs about $490, but I am perfectly content with what I have right now. Before I made my choice, I did an exhaustive amount of research to see which model reigned supreme, and I came to the conclusion that if you are looking for serious, professional-grade performance, the XP-Pen artist 16 Pro is really the only way to go.
As for the learning curve? I barely had to pause my life to get used to working with it. In fact, I find myself finishing my projects three times faster than I ever could with a standard mouse.
My sincere advice to you is this: if you require a tool for professional work, invest in an XP-Pen Drawing tablet from their various sizes and price points. Yes, it can be a significant expense, but I promise you, it is worth every penny.
