It isn't certain, but I'm convinced this is him:

There aren't really any clear photos of him without the mask...
He is personally one of my favorite performers. I discovered him nearly two years ago when a friend sent me the track "Electric Tears." I liked it, though I wasn't exactly blown away at first; I just downloaded a few albums because I had nothing else to listen to. Eventually, whenever I was bored, I’d just shuffle whatever I had downloaded, and his music grew on me more and more every single time. Every day, I seem to stumble upon another incredible song.
I believe he is immensely talented, with a sound that seamlessly blends rock and metal with ambient and electronic textures. He has roughly 33 studio albums plus 4 special projects—one of which actually consists of 13 sub-albums—along with 6 albums under the "Death Cube K" moniker (which is mostly dark ambient stuff), not to mention countless collaborations with other artists. The guy is a genius. 🙂 It honestly surprises me that he isn't more famous.
Anyone who hasn't heard him definitely needs to. "Soothsayer" and "Jordan" are probably his most recognizable tracks, and I highly recommend them. My personal favorites are "King James," "Gory Head Stump," "Night Of The Slunk," and several others along those lines.
