Total robbery! I honestly have no clue how they managed to put together a lineup that’s actually worse than last year's, especially since they were hyping up this anniversary Coachella edition so much.

Not that I'm even crying about missing out, since I've gotta skip it anyway because of high school graduation ☕

TBK had an awesome live set, but, you know, they're just one of those bands that doesn't really move the needle for me, I guess. They're just that standard, super hyped-up popular group. Like, I'll say it again, their live energy was great, though maybe if the sound system hadn't been such a mess, it would've been even better.

Yeah, the biggest issue with TBK was definitely the sound quality, and then, well, the band itself, I suppose. They're a killer band otherwise, though maybe they've just peaked and are past their prime now.

basically: Pixies absolutely crushed it, Foals were incredible, and The Black Keys kind of flopped. Such a bummer about the rain, but I guess since I'm just a Southerner used to dealing with rocky terrain, I managed to hold my own in all that mud 😁

Does anyone know of any cheap hostels near Central Park? A buddy and I are hunting for a place to crash while the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is going on.
