The issue I'm running into is that whenever I try to restart, it just loops right back to that "Windows is finalizing" screen.

I just finished installing Windows 7 on my HP laptop, but I've hit a bit of a wall. Right at the finish line, the screen is stuck on "Windows is finalizing your settings."
It’s been sitting there for four hours now, and honestly, I'm feeling a little lost. Does anyone have any advice on what my next move should be?
