So, if anyone knows of a decent medical clinic in Chicago that actually handles occupational health and workplace injuries properly, I’m looking for recommendations. I need somewhere for my routine checkups, but more importantly, I want a reliable place to turn to if an accident happens on the job. I'm planning on signing a contract with them for coverage.

So, if I’m staying away from hormonal birth control and I don't want to rely on condoms, what am I actually left with? (And just to be clear, an IUD is off the table since I haven't had a child)
Am I really stuck with hormones for the rest of my life?
