I've said enough in the comments, so here are the photos. 🙂 I'm not entirely satisfied with my current tone, but the physical difference compared to last summer is obvious even though my weight hasn't changed. My legs are more defined, my glutes are lifted, and my arms have toned up; everything else is largely the same. 5'4", 110 lbs.

I won't be working on my arms or shoulders anymore. My abs are okay—a bit soft, but flat at least. My focus remains on refining my legs and glutes. One thing I just noticed in these photos 😲 is some skin bunching and padding above the knees when standing upright. What is the solution for this? How can I eliminate it? (I don't recall having this when I was heavier).

Please skip over any comments regarding vital functions like my elbows (which have scars from bike falls). 😁 After all, I am at an age where such things occur. ☕

Here are a few photos (if I dare 😁). These are from 2007. At that point, my workouts were minimal, but I was eating mostly healthy and had an active job that kept me on my feet constanty:

Since then, things changed. A series of surgeries led to long periods of inactivity, poor diet, and a sedentary desk job lasting over eight hours a day. This caused rapid weight gain, particularly in my lower body. By late 2010, I returned to the gym, increased my cycling intensity, and started running last summer. These photos aren't great—you can't really see muscle definition 😁, but I will post better ones when I have them:

The issue is uneven progress. My arms, shoulders, and back define quickly, yet my thighs and glutes remain stubbornly weak, despite some improvement. When I gain weight, it settles in my lower body; when I lose it, I thin out from the top down. Currently 5'4" and 110 lbs. Any training suggestions? Please. 🙂
