I don't typically write long-winded bios on this forum—it looks like there’s only about 😁
here anyway.👍
Respect to everyone
. Anyway, I figured I'd share a small shift in progress since my last post—which was, honestly, who knows when? Hah. 😵

Here is a shot from the competition held last weekend in Spain—the Global Championships—where I managed to take 2nd place.

Standing at 196 cm, weighing in at 100 kg on stage, 20 years old.

Almost there, feeling flat 🎉🍿👏
So, after nearly two weeks living strictly on protein—we're talking roughly 350-400 grams a day with zero carbs and zero fats—tomorrow is finally time to start the carb load 😁
The plan is to try and hammer down about 1,200 grams of carbs by noon tomorrow, which should kickstart a steady fill-up leading up to Saturday, when I head into my first major competition
.
During this depletion phase over the last fortnight, I’ve dropped about 11-13 pounds—hopefully, I can pull some of that weight back on during the loading phase 🤔
.
image

In this photo, I look completely depleted, especially considering I've been hitting full-body workouts twice a day
. 19 years old, 6'5", and 214 lbs 😉

Took home first place in the Mr. Olympia category at the US Open in Chicago.
Just a tune-up show for this season—now begins the grueling six-week grind leading up to the World Championship.
I really appreciate everyone here for the motivation, the support, and even those bits of advice along the way 🙂👍🙂

The start of my cutting phase 🙂
Current stats: 227 lbs, 6'5", 19 years old
I’m planning to strip everything back to the bone—to see what’s actually left of me once the fat is gone😉

To give you some context on the nutrition side—I'm aiming for roughly 350 grams of protein daily, about 80 grams of fat, and I strictly limit carbs to my post-workout window. On days when I'm hitting larger muscle groups, I'll supplement breakfast with about 60 grams of oats.
As for the gym—my current volume is intense, somewhere between 9 to 12 sessions a week; essentially, I'm training almost every single day, sometimes even doubling up with two-a-days three times a week.
Sunday is my designated rest day.

A quick little update before my next photoshoot... currently sitting at 236 lbs, 6'5", and 19 years old! Honestly, I’ve never felt more satisfied with my physique or the quality of my conditioning. I am still struggling quite a bit with my traps and calves, though—I’m hitting them three times a week and this is the best I can manage right now 🙄 😢

Out of this entire album, these two shots are definitely my favorites. 😵
Just so we’re clear—I’m sitting at 225 lbs right now on these photos.
I actually just hit my 19th birthday a few days ago... I've got some massive hurdles ahead of me, and honestly, I'm about to embark on a pretty dangerous journey! 👏👏

Here is a shot from the ice rink 😁
So, on the right you have my older brother—a fellow iron-pumper myself (28)—and on the left, well, there's me at 18
Now, I’m looking to tap into some of the more seasoned veterans here for a bit of guidance on a decision—should I aim to hit the stage in about 10 months or not? (Regarding my physique)
Do I actually stand a chance competing as a natural athlete, standing 197 cm tall and being only 18, when I'll be up against those "enhanced maniacs" who might only be 23 at most but have significantly more time under the bar? 🤔 😁
I have massive ambitions when it comes to competing, but honestly, nothing seems to be working in my favor 🕺

This is just what I look like after cutting carbs for a few days and dealing with some mild dehydration... Waist is 32 inches, biceps are 17, maybe 17.5... So yeah, my arms are officially bigger than my waist 😵
Now, if God would just grant me some luck, health (and a little extra cash), I might actually try to turn myself into someone worth watching on a competition stage by 2017. Since I’m still in the under-23 category, I’ve got five years left to make something happen—fingers crossed I can actually pull it off 🙂 🎉
My traps are basically non-existent due to genetics, but I’ll try to fix that somehow 😁

Here I am, sitting here after a massive bulking session involving a mountain of rice, honey, and ice cream...
It occurred to me that I should probably share my before-and-after progress with you all.
To give some context—a few years back, people used to call me "anorexic"—which, quite frankly, pissed me off enough to start a serious campaign to pack on some weight. 😁
Since I first picked up weights when I was just a kid—around 7 or 8 years old, actually—and have always enjoyed chasing that "fit" aesthetic, I decided to be smart about it and focus on putting on quality mass rather than just junk.
The Difference is right there in the photos, so I'll leave it to you to judge whether I've done a decent job. 🎉

The Difference over two years (from age 16 to 18).

Since I’ve truly found my calling in this, I believe that to succeed—or even just to find some semblance of happiness in life—it is vital to find yourself and figure out who you really are. I’m sticking with this path, no matter what happens... regardless of the cost. In a few days, I have my entrance exams for the College of Kinesiology and the local fitness academy.
I also have big ambitions regarding competition; I'm looking at Men's physique initially, though I don't think I'm ready just yet—I'll likely wait another year or two.

I hope that by sharing my transformation, I can motivate other members facing similar struggles to get moving and solve their issues just like I did—because anything is possible if you actually want it! 😁

(It might be worth noting that I am strictly natural; my only supplements are whey, creatine, and Vitamin C.) ☕ 🙂

It’s been quite a while since I last checked in here, so I figured it was time to drop a quick update. 😁
I’m sitting at roughly 227 lbs right now—though I think I can probably squeeze out another 2 or 3 more pounds before I call it a win. That’ll be it for me!

image

And because I can't help myself, I’m going to indulge in a little bit of self-congratulation. ☕😵

Let’s get moving!

I assume everyone else is starting their summer prep too—so, here is a little update from my side. 😁
Right now, I’m sitting at about 235 lbs... I’ll be honest, I’ve gone a bit off the rails over the last couple of months—my nutrition hasn't been nearly where it needs to be. As for supplements, I haven't touched anything in months, which is actually why I’m still pretty happy with how I look. I’m planning to lean out quite a bit before the summer hits, so we’ll see what’s left once the dust settles. 😁

One last update before the year wraps up... sitting at 234 lbs right now. I need to stabilize my weight soon—mostly because I have no intention of showing up to prom looking bloated. 😁 But honestly, I’m planning to bulk back up to about 245-248 lbs by April, so there's plenty of time to lean out after that!

My goal for February 18th was simple enough—I wanted to see that scale hit the triple digits... Fast forward to today, just a week out from the deadline, and I finally broke past the 222 mark. Here’s the proof 😁

image

If I’m being honest about my shortcomings, the main issues are my weak posterior chain and what feels like terrible genetics regarding my lats—specifically the upper portion and those short lat attachments.
Still got 30 lbs to go before I hit the target. 🙂

These are the last photos I’ll be posting where I actually look defined... If this heatwave keeps up, I'll probably be on a fast track to hitting 113 kg rather than leaning out. 😁
Right now, I'm sitting at 97!

Here’s something a little unconventional, but 🤷
I’m looking for some honest feedback on my leg development... I haven't really hit a pose to show off any definition—since I'm not currently flexing—but regardless... do they look skinny to you? (Keep in mind I’m standing at about 6'5") 😁

Here is my update before I dive back into the grind to pack on some serious muscle 😁
My scale just clocked me at 216 lbs—though honestly, who’s actually going to believe that? 🤷

image
Show us your setups (keep comments in a separate thread!) in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Almost there, folks 😁
I’ve managed to drop from about 225 down to 211 lbs over roughly 40 days—given I'm standing at 6'5"...My current plan is to bulk back up by another 5 or 6 lbs once I hit my target...🙂

Well, here I am again, checking in following my latest weigh-in. 😁D
Right now, I’m sitting at roughly 227 lbs... At this stage, the mission is clear: I need to strip away every last bit of fat that's managed to settle around my midsection, legs, and lower back...🙂

image

I’m more than open to any critiques or commentary you all might have—don't hold back. 👍

Here’s one from the "mass gainers" 😁
My goal is to hit 240 lbs by month four, then focus on leaning out before summer hits 🙂

So, even after indulging in plenty of cake, pastries, pizza, and the occasional beer 🤷, here is my photo from my 17th birthday... I made a pact with myself that I had to make some real progress by the time I hit 17—so, I finally stepped on the scale and snapped a photo after nearly three months of work. Back then, I was sitting at 195 lbs, and now I’m up to 208 lbs at 6'5"... honestly, not a bad start 🙂)
