Angela Jones87, in this specific instance, the artist actually requested that the image be taken down. 🙂😉

😲 Man, seriously. Are you messing with me... or do you genuinely just not get the whole point regarding massive copyright violations on a subforum that *you* moderate? It feels like there's some double standard happening again—like, hello! If someone is your friend, you protect their rights, but if it's someone you don't know, you just don't care about them or their ownership. 😲 I guess maybe you just don't really... get it... at all. I don't want to be rude, I really don't, but I've said my piece. Everything's fine, everything's cool, we're all good, deep breaths, right? Just breathing, everything is totally okay, honestly! Peace, peace, nobody's the bad guy here. 😉 I've said what I needed to say, and I was just trying to point things out to you—hopefully, you can take something away from this, because I definitely am. It seems like both you and I could use a little more tolerance. I'll admit, I played my part in this too, so I'll be making some adjustments on my end as well. Thanks to everyone else for listening, and yeah, I'm signing off this thread—there are way more interesting parts of this forum to hang out in anyway. I'm done with the back-and-forth. I love coming to this forum and I want it to stay a nice place. 🙂 Peaceeee! 😍

Kate King said:I’d also ask ZgSash or the admins to just pull that photo from the posts—since that’s what Christina asked for—and maybe lock the thread too. Thanks.

Wait, is this really coming from a moderator over on the fashion board? 🙄 Hellooo! Seriously, I don’t think there’s a single corner of Reddit where copyright and photo protection are violated AS MUCH as they are on the fashion boards! Like, that entire sub lives off literal theft—just grabbing people's photos and reposting them—but now suddenly we’re all acting all holier-than-thou because someone dared to take a photo that was already public? Talk about a double standard! Honestly, I don't know how you square those two things in your head... and yet here you are, trying to play boss. 😢 And I can't help but notice how you basically went from a massive wall of text to "okay, now lock the thread" pretty much instantly. Did you not account for me flying in with a comment a minute later, huh? I'm always down for a chat, usually. 😢 But hey, if you aren't interested in actually talking it out, then I guess I'm not either. Let me know when you've scrubbed all those STOLEN photos off the fashion boards. Until then—take care and stay cool!

P.S. Just take a look at my avatar, if only to see that I can totally handle a little banter directed at myself too. 😬 😍

😱 Seriously, how much text are we talking about here? How many posts? And all these long explanations?! I mean, how much of this did you even make up? You’re taking your "job" here way too seriously—like, maybe a little *too* seriously, if you ask me. It’s actually kind of concerning. 😲 Honestly, I haven't seen anything quite like this on Reddit before. And look, I don't want to sound heartless, so I’ll just throw a few thoughts your way. Please, please don't try to tell me that there isn't any actual chatting happening on that (or any other) fashion chat topic. I mean, you were sure quick to move everything over to the actual chat-topic, not to mention all the deleting. I'm really not going to go on some obsessive hunt through old threads just to prove my point to you—I honestly don't have the time for it. There's just too much going on. Plus, the real issue is that it seems like it all depends on your mood... one minute you're deleting certain gossip, then you're moving a thread, then you're just leaving stuff alone. My only request: could you maybe, just maybe, be consistent? Just a little bit! Maybe get your head together and align what you're doing on the forum. It clearly feels like this site is a huge part of your life, so maybe bring a little more stability to it, thanks! As for the photos, I'll say it again: I'm not going to bow down and shower things with compliments when they're just... well, awful. Nowhere on this site does it say we're required to give compliments. If I don't like something, I'm gonna say it. And hey, feel free to delete stuff whenever you feel like it, while you still can.

The main point: focus + consistent rules for everyone. 👍

Best wishes from me too! I think I've said my piece.

🙄 ugh, you are seriously such a buzzkill, it’s actually wild. I already explained my whole reasoning for posting this photo—like, why it even matters in relation to being a moderator—and I even told you where I found it in the first place. Just... stop being so extra? Honestly, I’m done trying to argue with you. You can just keep talking to yourself if you want to be that annoying, but I'm officially over it. You won't be getting any more of my time.

The photo was grabbed from this Reddit thread, not some random blog. 🤷 And Nancy Moore75, please, stop derailing the conversation. The whole point here is the inconsistent rules and the total attitude—not the picture itself. One day she lets certain talk slide, the next she’s deleting everything, then suddenly she moves the whole thing over to a different chat-topic, and we’re all back at square one. That’s the issue. It's just how she plays it. Sometimes she gives an explanation, sometimes she doesn't... I guess she just loves being the center of attention for her little circle. If you dare to say you don't like something, apparently you're just "trolling." Like, seriously? I can't even wrap my head around that logic. I should be allowed to say whether I like something or not, especially on a thread specifically designed for discussing what people do and don't like.

Anyway, it's easier for me this way—I mean, if I had started this whole thread, I would've at least tried to shine a light on her behavior.

Thanks.

Unconstructive criticism? Not even close. I haven't insulted anyone—honestly, that’s just not my style. If I don't like something, I’ll say what I think and explain why. And as for this whole "handling other people's photos" accusation? Give me a break! It was a photo from a sub-forum on Vogue! There’s a whole section where users post pictures of their latest outfits, and everyone else usually just chimes in saying how amazing they look. It’s basically the standard script. Well, I shared a different opinion, and apparently, that made me a target for this moderator. Now she’s practically stalking me all over Vogue. 😍 So, please, don't go implying that I'm some secret agent collecting people's photos to distribute online. That's just ridiculous. Like, seriously: the woman herself posted that entire series of shots from the shoot on the forum (or so I'm hearing from the blogs now). Is accusing someone of things that aren't true considered a "lack of class" on your part, or is this just how you typically "handle" other people's posts? This implication that I'm spreading private photos is actually pretty offensive. So, what now?

The criteria for what gets deleted, what gets moved to Chat, and what gets totally ignored is just... weird. Maybe someone should do a little audit of the rules here...

Edit: Oops 😍
😬

Okay, so, certain moderator—wait, let me check her actual handle, hang on... Me in honey, I know she’s involved in something, but I wasn't quite sure what exactly... Anyway, this specific moderator over on the Vogue subforum basically expects everyone to constantly praise and worship the "🙏" regular users who are practically local legends there. If you even dare to offer a tiny bit of criticism, people lose their minds—it’s like instant hostility. Like, how dare you have an opinion? A few of my own critical posts actually got moved over to the chat section just because I was trying to explain my reasoning to some other users. It’s funny, though—whenever I reply to someone, my posts get moved, while the girls who replied to me stay right where they are, obviously.

I’m sorry, but I just can't get behind this. 😱

It’s giving major "college student look." 😲 I don't even know which college or what era we're talking about...

Or like, if a woman puts her shoes on the kitchen table where people clearly eat, I’ll mention it under the photo—and then, boom, immediate shoe-shaming. Because our dear moderator, that blogger who puts shoes on tables just for the aesthetic shot, spends all her time talking about cleaning the table. How? 😲 And now suddenly she’s the expert on table cleaning, but I’m not "relevant" just because I’m grossed out by footwear on dining surfaces.

Since this moderator-user is obsessively glued to Vogue 24/7, I can't even catch a break to let my post sit where I wrote it for even an hour or two. 😬 Honestly, you can't deny the sheer fanaticism she has for moderating and living her life on Vogue. But man, she is so incredibly biased and just totally intolerant of the idea that I might not like something. And even though she’s started moving posts instead of outright deleting them—I still don't really get it. 😕 Naturally, there's zero consistency in how these rules are applied.

Thanks for letting me vent my frustration and disapproval. I feel a little better now.

Sincerely yours... ☕
