Has anyone tried Trinovum?

hey everyone... honestly, I feel like I'm losing my mind with this Trinovum... my stomach is just doing flips and it hurts so much, and it's been like this ever since I started taking them, but my doctor was the one who prescribed them in the first place... should I just be totally upfront with her about everything and ask if she can switch me to something else, or what do you guys think?
