Seeded Rye Bread
Honestly, this is my go-to snack with some peanut butter whenever I know I’m too busy to actually cook something decent. 🙂
What you need:
- 12 oz rye flour (I sometimes mix in spelt, barley, or oat flour, so just play around with the combo 🙂 )
- 3.5 oz rolled oats
- 3.5 oz assorted seeds (I usually throw in flax, sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower)
- A teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- About 17 oz sparkling water
How to make it:
Just mix all the dry stuff together and slowly pour in the water. Dump it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake it for about 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
