My PowerPoint has started acting up and inserting random gaps between letters in my words. It’s happening regardless of which font I pick, and it doesn't seem to matter if I'm using specific characters or not. The word just ends up looking like I intentionally typed spaces where they don't belong—something like "w or d s l o o k l i k e t h i s." This isn't an issue with the character spacing settings, though. To make matters worse, whenever I try to open any other presentations, they show up with these same bizarre gaps. Everything was working perfectly fine until a couple of weeks ago. Around that same time, I hooked up a new printer to my computer, so I'm wondering if that somehow triggered some weird bug? It’s also possible I tweaked something in the settings, but honestly, I can't recall doing anything out of the ordinary. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
