Yeah, that’s definitely a total rip-off...
Yeah, I went ahead and ran both Delete and CCleaner—and honestly, from what I can see, everything is looking great!!!
Thanks again...
So, how do I actually deal with that message popping up at the end of the installation? It basically said everything was successfully moved into the Windows registry...
Can I just run CCleaner to clear that out, or is there a better way?
Anyway, thanks so much for the help!!!
Hey there,
I recently set up Windows 7 on my machine and everything seems fine so far,
but I ran into a bit of a headache with Call of Duty 4. The installer was one of those old-school DOS-style setups—you know the type—and it didn't give me any option to pick a custom installation path during the process. Now, I can't find where the game actually lives!
The game runs perfectly fine, but I'm trying to uninstall it and when I try searching for the files, all I find are just the shortcuts sitting on my desktop???
p.s. When I was installing Windows 7, it never asked me for an admin password—I've never really needed one—so I'm assuming I'm just logged in as an administrator by default?
