Anyone still running Windows 7?

So, here’s the situation: I’ve got a pretty small hard drive, and since I’m running Windows 7, my C: partition space seems to be vanishing into thin air every single day. It feels suspicious to me because, if I recall correctly, I haven't been installing any massive programs or heavy games lately. I just did a quick check, and I need you guys to tell me if this is actually normal or if I'm missing something. I have no idea how to shrink this down. For instance, my Program Files folder is only about 6 GB, yet the rest of the space is being eaten up by the Windows folder. Here is a link to a screenshot: http://i42.tinypic.com/20gitg5.jpg.
