Check out this link; it might help you with some VBA macros (there's a download included with instructions). Is there any way to stop two Microsoft macros from overriding each other?

Here’s the deal: I’ve put together a few macros to streamline my work within the Find and Replace dialog (one for bold/italic/underline, plus three more to handle black, red, and blue colors).
They all function perfectly on their own, but there’s a catch: you can't stack them. For instance, if I run a macro that sets the "search" field to "color:blue" and then follow it up with a macro that adds "format:bold," the end result isn't a combination of both (like blue bold text)—it just ends up being bold.
Is there a way to make a macro append its specific settings without wiping out the existing ones?

Thanks for the info, this is exactly what I was looking for! I have two more questions: does this work for other system commands (like Ctrl+I or U), and will it recognize custom shortcuts? For instance, if I set F10 to change colors to green or switch the font to Verdan, will it pick that up? Sorry to bug you, but I don't have Word 2003 installed and I don't want to go out and buy it if it won't work.

I'm not sure I follow what you're getting at. I can click through to see more options and adjust everything, but all those settings just reset every time I restart F&R.

Unfortunately, no. Everything else works perfectly fine, but I just can't get it to work in F&R. If you've managed to get it running or know a trick to fix it, please let me know.

Is there any way to make keyboard shortcuts (like Ctrl+B for bold, etc.) actually work while I'm inside the "Find and Replace" window?
I know you can set this up through the sub-options, but is there a way to do it without having to click around with the mouse every single time? I just want to hit Ctrl+B or a similar shortcut and be done with it.

Does any text editor out there actually support this functionality?

And huge respect to Blanka; I’m watching the high jump right now and wondering if I could ever clear that height... definitely not. 😁
It feels a little silly that they didn't broadcast the track events until the end, but at least there were some goals in the game.
