Anyone else got a workaround?

Here’s the situation.... A couple of days ago, some "genius" kid from my school hit me in the groin and called me "hollow"—just some stupid joke he thought was funny. Since then, I’ve masturbated a few times and everything seemed fine, but today when I finished, there was this gross mixture of semen and blood. What am I supposed to do? I'm actually freaking out... I checked some threads on Google Answers and people are split—some say just wait a bit and if it keeps happening, see a doctor, while others say go to the clinic immediately. Also, is there any way this can just resolve itself without my parents finding out? 🤷😕🙂

Alright, here’s the deal—I picked up a laptop about a month ago, and a buddy of my mom’s from work set it all up for me, installing Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and everything else.
But now I've got this constant issue where my desktop background keeps reverting to plain black. Every time I try to change it to something else, it just snaps right back to black... and there's this message sitting in the bottom right corner: Windows 7

This copy of Windows is not genuine
Everything else seems to be working fine, though.
Does anyone know what's actually going on here?
