Do you use Windows OS in English?

Everything in English, please—my head is actually throbbing from trying to make sense of these translations 😁

Douglas Garcia52 said:well, I was pretty convinced there were a ton of them in there—but when I actually went through with the installation, I ended up toggling everything on... all the formats, the codecs, the audio settings, the video tweaks... just everything.
maybe that's part of the problem?
......
actually, I don't even have it installed anymore, though I might consider reinstalling it if I could just figure out why my picture quality goes to hell about a month after I set it up.
Douglas Garcia52 said:I’ve actually used it myself—it’s honestly quite good, handles subtitles and everything else without an issue—but after maybe a month or so of using it...
the picture on that player starts looking incredibly washed out, and it ends up looking pretty terrible—almost like I'm watching some low-quality bootleg recorded with a handheld camera.

I used to run it alongside VLC for quite a while—mostly out of habit, I suppose—but honestly, I just don't find myself needing to do that anymore. 👍

What kind of perks would I even get from moving to the 7 version?
James Smith50 said:Does Windows 7 really use significantly less memory than Vista? I'd love to get some input from you all before I finally make the jump 😁

Out of nowhere, my CPU usage just spikes to 100% and stays there—it’s like the whole system starts running in slow motion.
I also noticed that there's a constant stream of updates being installed, both for the Windows 7 system itself and for Office 2007.
It honestly feels like Windows 7 is just riddled with holes. It seems like it puts way more strain on the hardware than Windows XP ever did... what do you guys think?

dd///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////MM/yyyy
Hit apply. After that, you should hopefully see nothing but the time down there.
Taylor Morales31 said:If it’s not working for you, just right-click the clock, go into properties, and turn the clock off—then it'll be gone.
Noah Sanchez39 said:Is it the date located right next to the clock, just before the "minimize all windows" button on the taskbar? 🤔
