BAT Kol and alternative moderation in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Everything Elizabeth Jackson wrote is spot on. Honestly, there are even worse cases out there—I’ve been following the raw food threads and other stuff over on the alternative boards for years now. But this kind of blatant, unfair moderation? It completely kills any desire to post. You can't even have a decent conversation because the constant trolling and provocation are just allowed to happen, and Carol Lopez23 clearly gives them a free pass. It’s pathetic, and I don't get how a supermoderator can be blind to it. Like they say, if it wasn't funny, it would be tragic!! Just like one commenter put it, if you want to destroy Reddit, just keep tolerating this absolute nonsense. Ignorance is bliss, or so the rulers of all failed empires used to say.
Love - The OTLA Principle in Spirituality ·
Just finished this book and honestly, most of it hits home. But there’s one part that’s got me scratching my head. Specifically, his whole take on money and how we spend it.

The author claims you should be generous and stop whining about how expensive things are. He argues that if you constantly complain about prices, you're basically inviting poverty into your life. His logic? If you pay full price without a fight and actually respect what a vendor sets, your own income will start reflecting that same abundance. It’s basically his version of "what goes around, comes around."

What do you guys think? Is he onto something or just selling snake oil?
